Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 114 (1) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in the Crown and further declares, pursuant to section 52 (1), the land to be set apart for use in connection with a road.
