Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 24 May 2000, realigning road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 May 2000, No. 59, at page
1299, by:
(a) deleting paragraph (c) (iii) and substituting it with the following:
"Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the land twenty-fifthly to twenty-seventhly described (both inclusive) shall be set apart as Crown land and vested in the Minister of Lands as part of the bed of the Nokomai River."
(b) adding to the Third Schedule the land twenty-seventhly described as:
"0.7950 Part Crown land reserved from sale (marginal strip), situated in Blocks I and IV, Nokomai Survey District; marked "Tt" on S.O. Plan 12274."
