Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 59D/32, subject to Mortgage C. 123419.3.
(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 121A/866, subject to Mortgage C. 123419.3.
