Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the schedule to this notice to be vested in Lambton Harbour Management Limited and amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 36D/598.
