Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Mayor and Councillors of the Banks Peninsula District Council hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held as a reserve for local purposes (reservoir), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall hereafter be so held.

All that parcel of land containing 114 square metres,
more or less, detailed as parcel "E" on S.O. Plan 19957, Block XV, Pigeon Bay.
