Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 1 June 2000, acquiring land for limited access road, published in the New Zealand Gazette on
8 June 2000, No. 61, at page 1357, by replacing "S.O. Plan 60698" in the description of the area of the land secondly described in the Schedule with "S.O. Plan 60698".
