(b) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50, declares that the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road, subject to the rights specified in the Second Schedule and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
