Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 13 November 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 November 1997, No. 163, at page 3876, by adding to the end of the recital (as amended by the notice dated 28 January 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 February 1998, No. 23, at page 526) the words "subject to the Communications Easement in gross created by Transfer B. 144443.1".
