Pursuant to section 63 of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, is held as an amenity area under section 23A of the Conservation Act 1987.

2278 hectares, more or less, being part Victoria Forest Conservation Park; shown as "A" on Survey Office Plan 15580, situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Reefton Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Waitahu Survey District.
