Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 May 2000, acquiring land for limited access road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 2000, No. 52, at page 1157, by deleting all references to S.O. 24596 in the first and second schedules and substituting it with "S.O. 24956".
