Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground to be called the Pukekawakawa Burial Ground.

All that piece of land situated in Block X, Puniu Survey District and described as follows:

4047 (more or less) Tokanui No. 1C Block (burial ground) as comprised in the Partition Order dated
21 October 1889 of the Maori Land Court, Waikato-Maniapoto District.
