Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau O Te Urikore, a sub hapu of Ngati Muriwai A Rua, comprising the descendants of Te Urikore Porikapa (née Waiapu).

All that piece of land situated in Block V, Waiawa Survey District and described as follows:

1100 (approx.) Part of the land known as Opape 3A 1E, containing a total of 30.3994 hectares, more or less, situated in Block V, Waiawa Survey District, which is all of the land contained on a Partition Order of the Court dated 11 November 1926.
