In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 127, page 4267 of 2 November 1995, in the Schedule thereto, amend the land description "Area 302 square metres, more or less, being part Section 10 of Block IV of the Marokopa Survey District as contained in certificate of title 734/176" to read "Area 302 square metres, more or less, being part Section 10 of Block IV of the Marokopa Survey District as shown in plan M.L. 22285 and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 734/176".
