Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule as a scenic ((19) (1) (a)) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a Government purpose (site for administrative buildings) reserve subject to provisions of the Act.
