Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 28 February 2000, stopping and amalgamating road at Semple Street, Porirua City, published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 9 March 2000, No. 21, at page 481 by deleting the words "the land in certificate of title No. 47A/141" in the head recital and replacing them with "Lot 1, Deposited Plan 88322".
