Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rangitikei District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and:
(i) The land in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54B/608, subject to mortgages B. 135193.9 and B. 679039.1;
(ii) The land in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54B/607; and
(iii) The land in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54B/606
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
