Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared road, and shall vest in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (b), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17D/102, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 979494.3.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7) declares:
(i) The road firstly and thirdly described in the third schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in a notice in
New Zealand Gazette 1984, No. 91, page 1788.
(ii) The road secondly and fourthly described in the third schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in a notice in
New Zealand Gazette 1983, No. 139, page, 2916.
