Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the North Shore City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

607 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. 61305, situated in Survey Block XII, Waitemata. All certificate of title 118B/965.
