Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for recreation reserve and shall remain vested in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
