Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) the portion of described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 807, folio 234, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 416072.2.
(b) the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 307, folio 238, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 296274.3.
