Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 January 1997, declaring land to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948, published in the
New Zealand Gazette on 23 January 1997, No. 6, beginning at page 139, by adding the words "and Section 2"
following the words "Section 1 . S.O. 23981" to the land
eighty-fourthly described in the Schedule.
