Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared limited access
road which, pursuant to Section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981 declares:
(i) The road described firstly and secondly in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16D/685.
(ii) The road described thirdly in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate in title 16D/684.
(c) Pursuant to Section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16D/685.
