Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby appoints the Central North Island Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (pre-school education) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
