Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 114, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 17A/257, subject to section 241 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 (conditions of consent), an encumbrance to Gibbston Valley Irrigation Limited by transfer 962007.65 and certificate under section 417 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 by Transfer 967675.1.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, to be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 17A/257, subject to section 241 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 (conditions of consent), an encumbrance to Gibbston Valley Irrigation Limited by transfer 962007.65 and certificate under section 417 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 by transfer 967675.1.
