Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of that Act, and to form part of the Papaitonga Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
