Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on the 9th day of December 1999:
"That in exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the far North District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

2235 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 191313. All CT 121A/274, subject to easements created by Easement Certificate D381025.3.
