Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
