Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator of the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby sets apart the land described:
(a) In the First Schedule, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and subject to:
(i) A right to convey water created by deed of easement No. 47D/612;
(ii) A right to convey electricity created by deed of easement No. 47D/613;
(iii) A right to convey water created by deed of easement No. 48C/946;
(iv) A right to convey electricity created by deed of easement No. 48C/947; and
(b) In the Second Schedule, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provision of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and subject also to a right of way created by deed of easement No. 47D/611.
South Auckland Land District-Waikato District
First Schedule
262.3500 hectares, more or less, being Section 16, Block VIII, Wharekawa Survey District (S.O. Plan 53723).
Second Schedule
8390 square metres, more or less, being Section 34, Block II, Piako Survey District (S.O. Plan 53093).
