Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and, further, classifies the said reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

1.0400 hectares, more or less, being Crown land adjacent to part Allotments 42 and 137, Pakiri Parish, situated in Block XI, Pakiri Survey District; marked area "A" on S.O. Plan 67722.
