Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for Road and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and
(i) the portion of road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No 13B/76 subject to mortgage B. 521954.2;
(ii) the portion of road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 16D/269;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
