THE RIGHT HON HELEN CLARK PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
Pursuant to section 71 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and at the request of Transit New Zealand, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 28th day after the date of notification of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be a motorway.
Schedule
All that section of State Highway No. 1 in the Rodney District and North Shore City, being those traffic lanes, shoulders and verges commencing at Reference Station 296 at the northern side of the Silverdale Interchange Bridge and extending in a generally southerly direction for approximately 14.23 kilometres to Route Position 296/14.23 at the southern side of the Greville Road Interchange, including the motorway ramps and connections to and from State Highway No. 1, State Highway No. 1A, State Highway No. 17, Oteha Valley Road and Greville Road;
As shown on plan 1/23/131/1904/1, Sheet 1, held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland.
