Pursuant to the section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, excepting as to the land firstly described, all minerals contained in C.T. 767/120, and excepting as to the land secondly and thirdly described, all minerals contained in C.T. 467/196 and excepting as to the land eighthly described, all minerals contained in C.T. 1255/11.
