Pursuant to the section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, excepting all minerals contained in certificate of title 1048/268.
