Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, Susan Anne Campbell, Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy, of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice authorising the exchange, pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act, of part of a recreation reserve for other land, dated the 27 February 1998 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 5 March 1998, No. 34, page 839, and hereby issues the following notice in its place.

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of those parts of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

730 square metres, more or less, being area "D" on S.O. Plan 59238, and being part Section 7, Block V. Town of Rotorua. Part New Zealand Gazette 1959, page 1759. Part certificate of title 65B/981.
2402 square metres, more or less, being area "F" on S.O. Plan 59238, and being part Section 1, Survey Office Plan 59925. Part certificate of title 67D/361.
Second Schedule
3105 square metres, more or less, being area "E" on S.O. Plan 59238, and being part Section 78, Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Part certificate of title 21D/359.
