-Kaipi Road
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title C1/1348, subject to mortgage 371390.2.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title J3/80, subject to memorandum of mortgage 398959.2 and memorandum of mortgage 398959.4.
(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 93/273, subject to memorandum of mortgage 438237.2.
(iv) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title J3/79, subject to memorandum of mortgage 461365.3.
