Dartmoor Road
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a road and vested in the Hastings District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. P2/1210, subject to memorandum of mortgages 516961.3 and 401191.2.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V2/155, subject to memorandum of mortgage 659161.7.
