Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject also to the right to drain water in gross granted by transfer 964811/13, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
