Under the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Acting Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the reservation as a river protection reserve over the land, described in the Schedule, is revoked and that the fee simple estate in the land is vested in Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.
