Gisborne District
Pursuant to section 116 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped which, pursuant to section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, shall become esplanade reserve vested in the Gisborne District Council.
