Far North District
Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for water pump station site and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Right to convey water in pipeline easement in gross is acquired for water supply purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice vesting in the Far North District Council on the terms described in the Third Schedule to this notice on the date of publication in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Terms and Conditions
The rights and powers implied in the right to convey water shall be those set out in paragraphs 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952.
