Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road, which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State Highway and vest in the Crown, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip), and is vested in the Crown.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2065/64, subject to telecommunication easement D. 158776.2.
