Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped.
(b) Pursuant to section 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice so stopped now known as Section 1, S.O. 61336 to be amalgamated with the adjoining land.
