Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 2 September 1999, declaring land to be set apart for railway purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 September 1999, No. 114 at page 2743 and registered as D. 431189.1 in the North Auckland Land Registry, by inserting in the description after the words "Eccleston No. 2 West Settlement" the words ", and part Lot 3, D.P. 26416", and by inserting after the words "part Proclamations 6355" the words ", 9997".
