Gisborne District
Pursuant to section 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in the Gisborne District Council by amalgamating the stopped road with the recreation reserve comprised in certificate of title 5C/181.
