Recreation Reserve Miro Street, Rotorua
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of a recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, with any net proceeds of sale to be paid into the Council's Reserves Account, to be used for the purchase of land for reserves or the development or improvement of reserves administered by the said Council.

264 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 87073 (formerly part Lot 20, D.P. 35643). Balance certificate of title 793/111.
