Pursuant to sections 52 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the road described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for local authority road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
