Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ross James Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated the 27th day of October 1999, which related to the land described in the Schedule hereto, which notice was published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 November 1999, No. 163 at page 3907.
