Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be
road and:
(i) the land firstly described shall remain vested in the Southland District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette;
(ii) the land secondly described shall, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 99 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and
(iii) the land thirdly described shall, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 99 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6C/785, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
