Pursuant to 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Mark Buttimore, Acting Chief Executive of the Waikato District Council, hereby certify that the Waikato District Council changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose reserve (plantation) to local purpose reserve (accessway), subject to the provisions of the
said Act.
