Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to sections 52 (1) and 50, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart for road and vested in the Franklin District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 52 (1), the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip), and remain vested in the Crown.
